Moving from another provider
If you already have email with someone else, we can move you across. Moving your website from another provider, and keeping your email working while we do it, is included free with our websites. Moving old mailboxes and their history is quoted separately.
How it's priced
- Email setup: £79 one-off, for up to 5 mailboxes on one domain, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Moving old mailboxes: from £49 per mailbox
Mailbox fees are paid directly to Google or Microsoft, in your name.

Who do I pay for the email?
You pay Google or Microsoft directly for your mailboxes, in your own name. That way the account is always yours.
Will I lose my old emails?
Not if we plan the move. We can bring old messages across, or keep the old account available while you switch.
Why are my emails going to spam?
Often it's missing security records on your domain. We set them up properly, which fixes most deliverability problems.
